Training


Frontline Strong Together program (FST5) offers free mental health and wellness trainings for Michigan’s first responders and departments.

Developed by first responders, clinicians, and behavioral health experts, these sessions combine lived experience with evidence-based practices to build resilience, awareness, and peer support skills.

All courses are available at no cost to departments and can be delivered in person or online.


Department Wellness & Education Presentations
FST5 offers engaging presentations on mental wellness, PTSD, peer support, and available resources to educate, support, and strengthen first responder agencies.

Zero to 60: Career Survival & Emotional Wellness
This training explores how hypervigilance, adrenaline, and cumulative trauma impact first responders while providing practical tools to strengthen resilience, relationships, and long-term emotional wellness.

This 3-day course combines ALL of the content of ICISF’s Assisting Individuals in Crisis & Group Crisis Intervention courses.
