Some treatment includes medications, and some treatment includes only therapy (that is, evidence-based talk therapy to address your symptoms and concerns). The treatment decision is based upon your concerns, your provider, and your preference.

During that time, I worked with security forces, fire department and EOD personnel as well as other service members who had been deployed and had trauma training updated.
